Park Yoga is a national charity delivering free outdoor community yoga in nature in 60+ towns and cities across England on Sunday mornings.
Cathi Farrer-Mitchell, Director of Park Yoga explained: “As a charity we want Park Yoga to be as accessible as possible, there’s no need to book and it’s free to attend.
“You don’t need any specific equipment, just a yoga mat if you have one, but if not a blanket or towel works perfectly. Come along and give it a go, you won’t regret it!”
Yoga classes will still go ahead in light rain, should the weather be particularly wet, participants will be informed of a class cancellation with at least an hour’s notice via the Park Yoga Warminster page on Facebook and the Park Yoga website.
