Voluntary groups, community organisations and others who work for the good of Warminster are being invited by Warminster Town Council to apply for community grant with the deadline for applications approaching.
Only one grant per organisation may be given in any council year, which is limited to £2,500 per application. £30,000 is up for allocation in total, with applications open until Monday 15th June.
Each year the town council allocates budgeted funds to anything which, in the opinion of councillors, is in the interest of its area or part of its area, or in the interest of all or some of the inhabitants of Warminster.

The award of a grant comes with the proviso that a representative should provide a report to the Annual Town Meeting on how the money has been used.
If you would like to apply for a grant on behalf of your organisation, download the application pack here.
Packs can also be emailed to you via admin@warminster-tc.gov.uk or collect an application pack in person from Warminster Civic Centre, Sambourne Road, Warminster BA12 8LB. The council can assist in making sure the application is completed fully and answer any queries.
Councillor Mark Carter, chair of the Finance and Audit Committee previously said: “These grants are part of our ongoing commitment to support the voluntary sector and the community spirit that make Warminster such a friendly place to live in.
“I urge any organisation that supports the community to apply for a grant if it will help to deliver more for local residents.”
The initial applications for 2026 will be heard at the Finance and Audit Committee meeting scheduled for Monday 29th June 2026. Any money unallocated may be distributed at the 1st September meeting.
