Warminster Town Council will continue to support local voluntary organisations with the 2025 community grant applications now open.
Each year the town council allocates budgeted funds to anything which, in the council’s opinion, is in the interest of its area or part of its area, or in the interest of all or some of the inhabitants of that area.
Only one grant per organisation may be given in any council year, which is limited to £2,500 per applicant.

The award of a grant comes with the proviso that the recipient should attend the Annual Town Meeting to report on how the money has been used or, if this is not possible, must provide the Town Clerk with a written report for the meeting.
Representatives and local organisations who received grants during the 2024/25 year recently spoke at the Annual Town Meeting for Warminster informing councillors how the grants had positively benefited the community.
If you would like to apply for a grant on behalf of your organisation, download the application pack from the Warminster Town Council website here. The deadline for applications will be Monday 16th June 2025. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
Applicants are required to provide sight of their accounts, invoices or quotations for the project, details of other funding requests, and Terms of Reference, Constitution and Memorandum and Articles if relevant.
Packs can also be emailed to you via admin@warminster-tc.gov.uk or collect an application pack in person from Warminster Civic Centre, Sambourne Road, Warminster BA12 8LB.
