Local residents and businesses helped tidy up Warminster as part of World Clean Up Day on Saturday 20th September.
People across the town joined in the global movement by litter picking, sweeping, scrubbing, weeding and cleaning different areas of Warminster including Church Street, Portway, Elm Street, Goodwin Close and Boreham Field.

Cllr Jack Jones, Warminster Town Council litter pick champion supported the event and met volunteers at the Civic Centre.
He said: “It was great to see so many of Warminster’s residents come out and take pride in their local community. We have seen litter picks across the town, shop fronts improved, and local spaces tidied up.
“We have always had a great community spirit in Warminster, and it was heartwarming to see both young and old come together for the benefit of all.”
