For the Civic Centre 2025 Seasonal Markets Application Form, download the below document and email it in (civiccentre@warminster-tc.gov.uk) or drop it off to the Civic Centre (open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm).
Please note: this is an application form only, not a booking form, and does not guarantee you a pitch at any of the seasonal markets in the Civic Centre.
