Warminster residents are being encouraged to take part in the Great British Spring Clean – the nation’s biggest mass-action environmental campaign.
The town council is organising a community litter pick on Saturday 23rd March, with volunteers asked to meet at Warminster Civic Centre, Sambourne Road at 10am. All equipment will be provided, and a free drink will be provided by Really Awesome Coffee – Westbury.
To sign up and take part in the event email admin@warminster-tc.gov.uk. Warminster Town Council is also asking people to notify them if they feel there is a road or area that would particularly benefit from litter picking.

Cllr Stacie Allensby, who is taking part, said:
I’m proud to support this community littler pick event as the town council continues to work with residents to restore pride across the town. Getting that extra bit of litter picked up can make all the difference to wildlife and the appearance of an area.”
