There is still time for residents to visit Starfest: The Moon at the Minster – a 3D 4.5m moon installation inside Minster Church of St Denys (Church Street, Warminster BA12 8PQ).
Warminster Town Council has organised and installed the impressive moon in support of Cranborne Chase National Landscape’s annual StarFest event.
The church is open daily, 9.30am to 6pm, to Thursday 3rd April, as well as hosting exciting evening events including bellringing, a film night for children and music under the moon.

Additional StarFest activities include a free StarQuest town trail, available until Wednesday 2nd April.
Residents can pick up a trail from the Civic Centre (Sambourne Road, Warminster BA12 8LB), Warminster Athenaeum (18 to 20 High Street, Warminster, BA12 9AE) or Minster Church of St Denys (Church Street, Warminster, BA12 8PQ).
Participants will be tasked with walking around Warminster town centre, spotting 10 constellations and writing down which shops they were spotted in.
Once all of them have been found, come to the Civic Centre to pick up a participation prize as well as being entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a telescope.
A Warminster Town Council spokesperson added:
We remain committed to organising and supporting fun, free and educational events for all the community to enjoy, as well as attracting people to visit our amazing town.
