The popular Pavilion Café in Warminster is available for lease with Warminster Town Council inviting tenders from interested parties.
The café in the Lake Pleasure Grounds has gained an excellent reputation and attracts a range of customers serving ice creams, drinks, snacks and equipment hire.
This opportunity allows a local business to take on a key part of Warminster and serve the community. Tenderers will be asked to submit a comprehensive business plan by 12 noon, Friday 31st October 2025.
