Local businesses still have time to register for the annual Warminster Town Council Christmas Window Competition.
Every year shops across the town make a wonderful effort to decorate their windows, helping to make Warminster look inviting and festive.
The window displays generate a lot of positive publicity and entice people to visit the town for their Christmas shopping.
A Warminster Town Council spokesperson said:
We want to include as many retailers as possible this year and show off our wonderful town. There is no particular theme for this year’s competition so you can be as creative as you like.
We just ask that you register your interest by Wednesday 26th November to ensure you are added to the online poll before it opens to the public on Saturday 29th November – voting will remain open until Wednesday 10th December.”
Prizes this year include a selection of luxury hampers, awarded to first, second and third place.

Once you have registered for the competition you will be sent further details.
The Christmas Window Competition will launch on the same day as the Warminster Independent Christmas Market and Lights Switch-on event on Saturday 29th November, 10am to 6pm, which will feature a record number of stalls, tasty food and drink and a stellar entertainment schedule.
