Pickleball courts now available to book in Warminster

Warminster Town Council is trailing pickleball and has two courts now available to book online in Warminster Lake Pleasure Grounds from Saturday 12th April.

Pickleball is fast becoming one of the most popular racket sports in the world, bringing together some of the best elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis, into a fun and exciting game for people of all ages and abilities.

Courts have to be booked online prior to arrival. To book a pickleball court you’ll need to register with the LTA here and then book via Clubspark.

Pickleball equipment is available to hire from the Pavilion Café during opening hours (9am to 5pm). For more information on pickleball from the LTA click here.

The Lake Pleasure Grounds also has tennis courts available to book as well as a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for public play.

The MUGA is free to use all the time, the tennis courts and pickleball courts are £6 per one hour session or £40 for a year’s membership, which allows up to 4 hours a week playtime.
