Free canoeing sessions for young people in the community are now fully booked.
Extra canoeing lessons were added on Wednesday 29th May 2024 and on Thursday 30th May. The sessions were available for residents aged 6 to 17, who have a BA12 postcode.
Qualified instructors from Wiltshire Outdoor Learning Team (WOLT) once again ran the free 1 ½ hour sessions with local participants taken out in 2- and 3-seater Canadian canoes. WOLT managed the bookings with Warminster Town Council funding the lessons.
