The Pavilion Café in Warminster Lake Pleasure Grounds is stocking tasty new local products as it becomes a must-visit venue for anyone enjoying a day in the park.

Café manager Ryan Widdows has been in charge this season and has quickly made improvements while working with local companies in the area.

He continues to work to improve the visitor experience and looks forward to welcoming even more visitors to the café.

Ryan said: “We have some lovely tasting sandwiches including a cheese and fresh tomato chutney, ham salad and an egg mayo with watercress as well as different delicious quiches all made freshly from a local supplier. We are also still supplying delicious cupcakes, gluten free brownies and scones from Little Delights UK.”

“Hot food wise, we’ve got our sausage rolls – newly improved this season, which are selling really well, a spicy vegan bean roll, cheese and onion pasties and mini cheese pizzas.”

The Pavilion Café also stocks a range of equipment to hire including golf putters, tennis and pickleball rackets. Hiring costs have been reduced with Ryan encouraging visitors to pop into the café and try the sports on offer.

Tennis and pickleball rackets and balls can be hired at the Pavilion Café; £5 for up to 4 rackets and 2 balls and a returnable £10 deposit. A golf putter and ball can also be hired for £3 per person per round with a returnable £10 deposit.

The Pavilion Café also stocks a wide range of hot and cold drinks as well as ice cream including dairy free and vegan options. Duck food, swim nappies and towels are also available to purchase.

The café is open everyday from 10am to 5pm and operates a takeaway style service.
