Two Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives
Warminster Town Council is looking to recruit two Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support the maintenance and appearance of public green spaces.
The role also involves assisting with the safe operation and supervision of the splash pad and recreational boats. This position combines hands-on grounds maintenance work with public interaction, safety monitoring, and light supervisory responsibilities.
Post holders will be expected to use their own initiative and will be in daily contact with members of the public, community organisations and their representatives, and other council service users. A courteous and professional manner is essential at all times.
- Contract: Seasonal
- Duration: 01 April to 01 September (inclusive)
- Hours: 32 hours per week, including weekends
- Pay: SCP 3, £24,796 pa, pro rata
