Tai Chi: Daytime Beginners’ Class by Howard Mitchell

A new beginners tai chi class meeting every Tuesday morning, 11:00 to 12:00. The first class is on Tuesday 24th June.

The class is suitable for novices of all ages and abilities. It will give you the opportunity to learn a sequence of tai chi moves called the Yang style short form.

The first lesson is free. If you would like to join the class after that, the cost is £32 per calendar month.
