Join the Wiltshire Age UK group at Warminster Civic Centre on alternate Tuesdays, 2pm-4pm.
Fitness and friendship clubs are social clubs for older people with an emphasis on keeping active.
Sessions include gentle exercises, games, quizzes, and T’ai Chi, with plenty of time for a chat over refreshments.
The first session is free!
