Warminster Town Council is once again offering free canoeing sessions for young people on Thursday 1st August.
Eighty Warminster residents aged 6 to 17, can sign up to the free 1-hour sessions run by qualified instructors from Wiltshire Outdoor Learning Team (WOLT) – when local participants will be taken out in 2- and 3-seater Canadian canoes. As well as developing paddle skills, there will also be lots of games and fun.
Warminster residents can sign up on a first come/first served basis at either 10am, 11.30am, 1pm or 2.30pm, for up to 20 people each session. To sign up participants must have a BA12 postcode.

Cllr Stacie Allensby, Mayor of Warminster said:
