Warminster Town Council is reminding residents that unwanted tech can be donated to help those in need to Wiltshire Digital Drive (WDD) after 67 devices have already been collected from the Warminster donation station in 2026.
Devices can be dropped off at Warminster Civic Centre (Sambourne Road, Warminster BA12 8LB), from 9am to 4.30pm and the refurbished devices will then be redistributed to schools, charities and voluntary organisations via WDD.
Unwanted laptops and tablets can be donated at the Civic Centre which will then be collected by WDD. Smartphones are also accepted and distributed through WDD partner organisations however please check specifications before submitting tech to be recycled.

A Warminster Town Council spokesperson said: “We remain committed to supporting the Wiltshire Digital Drive and delighted that 67 devices have already been collected by WDD in 2026 following donations from local residents.
“We are appealing once more for residents to donate suitable phones, tablets and laptops which will then be distributed and make a difference to others in the community.”
