Christmas has officially arrived in Warminster, after the town was spectacularly lit up during the Warminster Independent Christmas Market and Lights Switch-on.
As festive celebrations continue residents are encouraged to shop local this Christmas and support our amazing independent traders, as we continue to work together to keep the town a thriving place to live, work and visit.
25 local businesses have transformed their windows and entered the annual Warminster Town Council Christmas Window Competition with residents now able to vote for their favourite.

Prizes this year include a selection of luxury hampers, awarded to first, second and third place. One vote per person and voting closes at midnight on Wednesday 10th December.
A Warminster Town Council spokesperson said:
We love our local businesses and Warminster continues to thrive with new businesses joining us. Every year shops across the town make a wonderful effort to decorate their windows, helping to make Warminster look inviting and festive.
We encourage visitors and residents to browse each entry and then vote for your favourite using the poll or vote in person at the Civic Centre in Sambourne Road.
Please continue to support all our brilliant local traders as well as welcoming the new businesses to our town.”
All participating retailers have been issued with a “how to vote” poster for their window or premises, with a QR code that will take visitors and residents to the voting page.
