Warminster Town Council: Delivering a brighter, greener future for all

Quest for the Crowns!

19 April 2023

There are 23 hidden crowns in shop windows throughout the town from 17th April – 4th May.
Find them all and you could win a £50 voucher!

All you need to do is download an entry form from www.warminster-tc.gov.uk or pop into the Civic Centre or Warminster Library to pick one up. You can also scan the QR code on the posters around the town to download the form direct to your mobile device whilst out on your quest!  Then return the form to the Warminster Town Council Office, send to admin@warminster-tc.gov.uk or drop it into the Civic Centre letterbox by the end of the day on the 5th May to be in with a chance of winning.

There is also a hidden ‘Golden Crown’ in one of the shop windows. Those on the Quest are asked to have their photo taken with the Golden Crown and send it to the address above with your name. A gallant winner will be pulled from a hat and awarded a suitable reward!

The winners will be chosen at random by the mayor and announced the week after the King’s Coronation, on social media.

The Mayor of Warminster, Cllr Robbins said, “This event, along with the Spring in the Park on Sunday 7th May in the Lake Pleasure Ground and the Wessex MS Centre’s screening of the coronation at Warminster Civic Centre on the 6th May, will bring the community together. It is also an opportunity to get residents and visitors to walk through the town, supporting local businesses. The shops will be working hard on creating fantastic coronation window displays.  The Quest for the Crowns will add a bit of fun while enjoying the pageantry of the weekend.”
