Cllr Stacie Allensby and Cllr Jack Jones have been appointed as Youth Champions at Warminster Town Council.
Cllr Allensby and Cllr Jones will act as contacts for young people to talk about ideas. The two new positions recognise the needs of providing further provisions for young people and will create a more open dialogue between the youth of Warminster and the town council.
Cllr Allensby and Cllr Jones will also work to liaise with youth organisations in the area to benefit the youth activities available in the town. The two Youth Champions were voted into their new roles at a meeting of Full Council on Monday 25th March.
